The brewery is the only winery in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture [Kentoku Winery].
The winery is located in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and is the only winery in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. In January 2023, we obtained a fruit wine production license to brew our own wine. [We are exploring the "Taste of Sagamihara".
[The liquor used]
Muscat Bailey A "Blanc" is an in-house brewed wine made from fresh Muscat Berry A and Koshu grapes just before they ripen to red.
The grapes used as ingredients are 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Sagamihara. [The result is only possible because Kentoku Winery is in pursuit of the "taste of Sagamihara". Fresh and fruity, even those who are new to wine can enjoy this product. You can taste the deliciousness and refreshing comfort of wine.

The soft mouthfeel of the coffee harmonizes with the well-balanced aroma*taste of the wine.
The sweet cherry-like fruit aroma, light acidity, and astringency of red grape-type tannins can be pleasantly felt along with the richness of the coffee.
