*If items with different delivery dates are ordered together, they will be shipped together with the item with the slowest delivery date.

If you wish to have your order shipped separately, please let us know when you place your order. In that case, please understand that shipping charges will be incurred separately for each shipment of items with different delivery dates.

Please note that we also trade products outside of this website, and therefore, there is a possibility that an item may be out of stock at the time of order, even if it is listed on the website. In this case, we will contact you and cancel your order. If you place a large order, please contact us in advance to ensure that we can arrange for the product.

Please do not heat the product in a microwave oven for more than 2 minutes at the rated high frequency output of 600W.
Please check in advance whether the product will fit in your microwave oven.
If your microwave is a turntable type, it may hit the corner of the microwave and not turn.

Orders received after 9:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day. (Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Friday will be processed on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.)

*Products with a delivery time of approximately one week include those that are ordered in person. Orders may be cancelled if the product is out of stock after the delivery date is confirmed.
