鉄鍋 取り扱い上の注意
【ご使用前に】
1.鉄鍋の中に水を入れて沸騰させた後、お湯を取り出します。
2.その後水滴を拭き取り、乾燥させます。
【お手入れ方法】
■金属たわし・研磨剤・漂白剤などを使用されますと、表面を傷つける原因になります。 台所用洗剤とスポンジを使用してください。
■使用後、布で水気をよく拭き取り、乾燥させてから収納して下さい。
■鍋を落としたり、ぶつけてエナメルコーティングが欠けてしまった場合は、植物油を欠けた部分に塗り、ペーパータオルなどで拭き取って下さい。 ※ご使用前・後で、常にその部分が油でコーティングされるように気をつけて下さい。油でコーティングされないと錆の原因となります。
【使用上のご注意】
■食器洗浄器・電子レンジでの使用はできません。
■IH調理器をお使いの場合、急加熱にご注意下さい。
■調理後テーブルに移して置く場合は、下に鍋敷など耐熱素材のものを置いて下さい。
■加熱・使用後は、すぐに水につけないで下さい。急激な温度変化は商品に異常をきたす場合があります。
■調理の際は、耐熱性プラスティック樹脂、シリコンか木製の調理器具をお使い下さい。金属製のフライ返しなどで鍋底をこするとエナメルが傷つきます。
