既存の美術概念や技巧、流行にとらわれず湧き上がる衝動のままに自由に表現した芸術として名付けられた造語です。
障がいのある方たちによるアート作品を社会に発信し、アーティストの支援、紹介を行う3団体とむす美がコラボレーションし、
