| [Ita soba (buckwheat noodle) Sericulture flourished in Yamagata Prefecture from the Meiji period until the early Showa period. Sericulture was busiest when the silkworms were making cocoons. The silkworms were helped by their acquaintances and neighbors. To thank them for their labor, they served sake and handmade buckwheat noodles The origin of ita-soba is said to be that they served sake and handmade soba noodles on a large box board to show their appreciation for their labor. *It can be stacked in multiples, making it convenient for storage. *The choko are for illustration only. [Super EX Coating] The paint is resistant to cracking and peeling, and its water repellency lasts for a long time. It is characterized by minimal deterioration due to ultraviolet rays.
