They are handmade by techniques that can only be achieved in Kumano, a traditional place where the skills of masters are concentrated, and cannot be made by machine production. [We manufacture products that cannot be made by machine production. Kohyudo selects raw bristles according to the purpose and uses a manufacturing method that does not cut the tips of the bristles to achieve the finest texture.
