Kutani-yaki, a traditional craft recognized by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, celebrates 360 years since the opening of the Kutani kiln. Kutani-yaki was exhibited at the Paris World Exposition and became famous throughout the world as Japan*Kutani, and has been collected by famous museums around the world, including the British Museum and the Louvre.

Yoshinori Fukuda, a traditional Kutani-yaki craftsman certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, hand painted the overglaze enamels and the box on the base material handmade at the Kutani-Wagama kiln. The box can be used for decoration or as a container for small articles, and is sure to be very useful.
