| Utsuwa [nurture] [Kohiki]. This is a super long-selling product that has been on the market for over 40 years. Plain white Kohiki, rich in earthiness, is simple and easy to use for daily meals. Yet, it does not have the hardness of Western tableware, and even has a sense of warmth. The reasonably sized bowls are versatile and can be used for a variety of purposes. Kohiki dishes are water absorbent. The structure makes it difficult for water to escape from the bowl, so it takes a little time and effort to use it. However, it is a pleasure to use it with time and care. It is a vessel that you can use, enjoy the change in color, and nurture. That is what Kohiki is all about.
