| [Yoshino Shun × YOUYOUANG] Original Incense Dish A trace amount of gold in the glaze turns bronze when placed in the kiln. Radial lines are drawn in Mashiko black glaze, creating a chic piece with a strong presence. It is designed to be completed when incense is placed in the center. Ceramic artist Shun Yoshino Yoshino trained for 8 years at the Sakuma Totaro Kiln under the tutelage of the fourth generation Sakuma Fujinari. After that, he returned to his birthplace, Hiroshima, and started his own pottery business in Innoshima, Onomichi. In May 2023, his pottery was selected for the working dinner at the G7 Hiroshima Summit held in Hiroshima City. ----------------------------------------------------------- [Important Notice]. 【吉野瞬×YOUYOUANG】オリジナル香皿
釉薬の中に微量に含まれた金が窯に入れることでブロンズ色に変化します。
益子の黒釉で放射状に線を描いており、シックで存在感のある作品になっています。
真ん中にお香を立てた時に完成されるよう、デザインされています。
陶芸作家 吉野瞬 Shun Yoshino
益子焼窯元・佐久間藤太郎窯、四代目佐久間藤也氏の元で8年間修行。
その後は生まれ故郷である広島に帰郷、尾道因島で独立し作陶を行う。
2023年5月、広島市で開かれたG7広島サミット主要国首脳会議にてワーキング・ディナーに器が採用された。
