Description
| Gachapin*Mukku enamel multi-square pot with natural motifs such as flowers and fruits. This functional item can be used not only as a storage container, but also for heating stored dishes and serving them at the table. Made of enamel that is resistant to acid, salt, odor, and stains. It is also hygienic as it does not transfer color and is resistant to bacteria growth. Use as a soup stock or miso pot! The handle makes it easy to remove from the refrigerator. This enamel ware is finished by carefully hand-applying the patterns one by one on the beautiful surface of the enamel ware in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture. Enamel is a glassy glaze baked at high temperature on the surface of metals such as iron. Enamel has excellent acid resistance, is resistant to acid*salt, and is odor and stain resistant. It is also hygienic to use as it does not transfer color and is resistant to the growth of bacteria. Compatible with direct flame (gas flame) and IH induction cookers (100V*200V) This is a storage container with a handle made of enamel, convenient for storing vegetables, side dishes, and miso paste. Enamel is resistant to acid, salt, and alkali, making it suitable for storing a wide range of dishes and seasonings. Approximate capacity, about 1kg miso (about 750g for packaged miso, but some commercial packs may not be necessary depending on the size), about 900g sugar, about 1kg salt, about 800g flour. Remarks Gas *IH compatible Caution *Do not use in a microwave oven. It may cause malfunction. *The lid is for storage only, so please be sure to remove the lid when heating. *The handle gets very hot during and immediately after heating, so be sure to use mittens or a dish towel to hold it. |
