| Imabari Towel. Komachi is used as a name for a beautiful woman because Ono no Komachi, a female poet of the Heian period, was beautiful. Imabari Komachi is woven one by one using traditional weaving techniques, inspired by the image of a beautiful daughter with a reputation in Imabari. Such a series is Imabari Komachi. This towel gift has a luxurious presentation with a shimmering shichibo (seven treasures) pattern expressed by Jacquard in the hair, and a gauze pattern by Jizuri Mon-ori, using lustrous threads to accentuate the hems.
