Most of the production process of enameled ware is done by hand.

The base glaze (black color) is baked on the surface of metal such as iron, and then the overglaze glaze (surface color) is fired in a furnace at a high temperature (about 800 degrees Celsius).

Since each enamel product is individually handmade, uneven color, black spots, protrusions, etc. may occur due to individual differences in the condition of each piece, but please be assured that this does not detract from the quality of the product.
