| *Beautiful star-shaped lampshade This is a star-shaped lampshade that has recently become popular in India. It is a simple lampshade that hangs over a bare bulb, but the result is quite stylish. Just one of these lampshades can make a room look quite nice. It seems to be all the rage in Goa, the sacred land of hippies, and one of my friends who went on a trip there said, "Everyone is using these lampshades! [Everyone was using these lampshades! *For decorations at parties, etc. The period of four weeks leading up to Christmas is called Advent. During Advent, the city is beautifully decorated with illuminations. During this time, large star-shaped lampshades like the one shown here are used for decoration. ■美しい星型ランプシェード
インドで最近流行中の星型ランプシェードです。裸電球にかぶせる吊り下げタイプの簡単なランプシェードですが、仕上がりは結構おしゃれ。一個あるだけで、お部屋がなかなかいい感じになってくれます。ヒッピーの聖地ゴアでは大流行しているらしく、旅行に行った友達が「みんなこのランプシェードを使っていたよ！」と言っていました。
■パーティーなどの飾り付けに
クリスマスまでの4週間にあたる期間を、アドベントと言います。アドベントの期間になると、街はイルミネーションで美しく彩られます。そんなときにこちらのような、星型の大きなランプシェードが装飾に使われます。
大きく存在感があり、パーティーやクリスマスの飾り付け、クラブや音楽イベントのデコレーションなどさまざまな場面で大活躍するランプシェードです。
■インドクオリティです 紙を切り、ノリでくっつけ、穴をあけて穴の部分に薄い紙を張り…すべて手作業で作られたハンドメイドの一品ですので、仕上がりはインドクオリティです。よくよく見ると小さな穴が空いていたり、ノリがはみ出ていたり、多少汚れていたり、折れていたり。正直、日本できちんとした物として売れるクオリティではありません。
ですが、インドではこれが普通です。ティラキタスタッフ、この商品の良いクオリティのものを長年探してましたが、クオリティの良いものはあまりにも高く、こちらの商品の10倍くらいするので 仕入れられませんでした。ご了承の上、お買い求め頂ければと思います。
