Description
*Thai-style Yakiniku Moogata: authentic hot pot from the Kingdom of Gastronomy, Thailand! [Moogata is a dish unique to Thailand, which is a combination of grilled meat and shabu-shabu. Meat and seafood are grilled in the domed part of the pot, and vegetables and other ingredients are stewed in the broth that covers the rim of the pot. The juices of the meat and seafood are then blended into the broth, making the vegetables extremely tasty, an idea unique to this food-conscious country. The sauce can be served with sambal, chili sauce, or any other sauce you like. *Aluminum makes it lightweight and easy to handle. When used locally, it is mainly used by filling a charcoal stand with hot charcoal, laying a net over it, and placing this on top of the charcoal. It is sometimes used with a cassette stove, but there is a gap between the stove and the coals, so some of the juices will fall out. Also, when grilling meat, it is recommended to first brush the meat with beef fat or other fat to prevent it from sticking to the meat and making it easier to eat. 鍋のドーム状になったところでお肉やシーフードを焼き、鍋の縁の部分にはスープを張り野菜などを煮込みます。
旨味ギッシリの肉汁がスープに流れて溶け込み、野菜をめちゃくちゃ美味しくしてくれる、食の国ならではのアイデア料理ですね。つけダレはサンバルやチリソースなどなどお好みのものでめいめい楽しくお召し上がれ。
■アルミ製なので軽くて取り回しが楽ちん 見た目はごっついですがアルミ製なのでとても軽くできています。現地で使用される際は、主に熱した炭を炭台に満たし上に網を敷いて、その上にこちらを乗せて使われています。カセットコンロで使われる場合もありますが、隙間があるので汁が多少落ちます。また、お肉を焼く際には最初に牛脂などをなじませておくと張り付きにくく食べやすいです。焦げ目も洗い流しやすいとっても便利なお鍋になっています。
