*Medicine* Buddah

Yakushi Nyorai is one of the tathagatas known as the Buddha who cures illnesses and is represented holding a medicine pot. In Sanskrit, he is called Baishajyaguru, where Baishajya and Guru mean [medicine] and one who leads, respectively. He is widely believed to be a Buddha because he brings worldly benefits such as food, clothing, and the removal of illness and suffering.

*Made of brass, which has been used since ancient times.

The solid size and authenticity of the brass used for making Buddha statues since ancient times give the statues a heavier feeling than their actual weight. We are sure that you will be satisfied with the shine of the brass and the finely carved workmanship.
