Description
*Full of street air This is an Asian-style oil drainer I found in Thailand. It looks like just a thin oil slice, but it has two hooks on the tip so that it can be leaned over a pot or pan. If you have traveled in Asia, you may have seen this kind of oil slice on a wok at a street food stall. Thailand is known for its street food. Not only travelers, but also local people enjoy eating at street stalls every morning, afternoon, and evening. Stir-fried dishes are the most popular type of food in Thailand. Stir-fried dishes cooked over a high flame will not leave the stomachs of people on the street. |
