*Cancellation *Changes to Orders

*Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to: *Within 7 days of receipt, unused, and with tags and other items in the same condition as when delivered. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via message.

*For defective items
Please contact us via message if the item is defective. We will confirm the initial defect and contact you for the exchange or return procedure. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases.
1) Products for which we have not received notification of the defective part by e-mail within 7 days after the arrival of the product.
2) Products that have been used by the customer
3) Products with scratches or stains caused by the customer
4) Merchandise with the paper tag cut off or without the paper tag
5) Merchandise that has been washed, repaired, or cleaned
