| These original stand lights were created using fabrics from popular William Morris designs. The most popular of these, Strawberry Thief, is a must-have design for Morris fans. This one is made of the BEST OF MORRIS fabric, with the pattern size selected to match the size of the shade. It is a very popular fabric used mainly for cartonage and accessories. The light that spreads through the fabric shade covered with Best of Morris fabric is very soft and soothing. The small stand light is compact and can be used in several ways. The lampshade is made of printed cotton fabric, so you can enjoy the color of the fabric even when the light is off. The base of the body is made of wood, and the support part is made of cast brass to give a sense of weight. The brass posts are not surface-treated to take full advantage of the material, and only a hairline finish is applied to the fabric. Due to the nature of the material, there may be some unevenness in the color, but please enjoy this as a change over time. The inside of the lampshade (cloth shade) is finished by wrapping the top and bottom with heat-resistant resin. (The fabric pattern of the shade cannot be specified for this product.) |
