Description
This is an original table stand created using William Morris fabrics, which are popular in Japan. William Morris's nature-inspired designs continue to fascinate many people around the world. This Marigold design is based on marigolds and willow leaves. This beige fabric is also recommended for Japanese-style spaces. The inside of the lampshade (cloth shade) is made of heat-resistant resin and wrapped at the top and bottom. (The fabric pattern of the shade cannot be specified for this product.) The body of the stand is made of natural wood. Therefore, the grain of the wood and the shade of the paint will differ from each other. This lamp is designed to be enjoyed both when the lamp is turned on and when the lamp is turned off. Fabric No.220319 (Marigold Beige) Designed by William Morris, this fabric was first used as wallpaper and then as fabric. It is one of the few Morris designs that he considered suitable for both fabric and wallpaper. The design is a swirling pattern of willow leaves and marigolds, and is a cotton*linen based fabric with a general pattern in relief, typical of Morris. [William Morris, also known as the "father of modern design," has many deep-rooted fans around the world and in Japan, where exhibitions have been held many times at museums around the country. We offer original lighting with motifs of natural trees, plants, and flowers. These are original products using William Morris fabrics that can only be found here. |
