| [The coffee beans are soaked in sake and the sake flavor is transferred to the green coffee beans before roasting. [About the brewery]. The brewery [CRAZY CIDER FACTORY] is owned by Tugboat Corporation, a company in Hirakawa City, Aomori Prefecture. Tugboat Corporation, which originally operated hot spring facilities and other businesses, began producing cider using apples in an effort to solve the city's problems. In April 2022, the cider brand [CRAZY CIDER] was launched. In the same year, it won the highest award [Aomori Prefecture Governor's Award] at the Aomori Prefecture Specialty Products Contest, and has received high acclaim. The company is expanding its activities with the aim of solving local problems and becoming a world-class apple cider maker. [Sake used] Premium apple brandy [CRAZY DAYS], which went on sale in January 2024, is used. The ingredients are only water from the World Natural Heritage* Shirakami Mountains, high-quality Aomori apples and yeast, and no sulfites or other chemical antioxidants are used, making this product like a gift from nature. The color is clear as it is a freshly made new sake that has not been aged for a long period of time. When you open the seal, the aroma of fresh apples spreads. It is characterized by its fruity, refreshing apple aroma and youthful, sharp aftertaste. [Taste as a sake coffee] Fresh and sweet aroma of apple stands strong along with the aroma of coffee. On the palate, a sharp sharpness can be felt along with the sweet flavor. The broad flavor is in harmony with the coffee flavor.
