111号機は1939（昭和14）年に製造され、1968（昭和43）年に早岐機関区で引退の時を迎えました。1958年に開催された大分県全国植樹祭の際は、お召し列車牽引の栄誉にあずかりました。
最小走行半径はR145となります。
