Description
This apron is made of traditional Indian kadi weave with a fine texture. The fabric is soft and supple. Kadi cotton is an Indian hand-spun and hand-woven cloth that originated during the period of British colonial rule in India. It is said to have spread because Gandhi walked around India as a means of resistance against British machine-woven cotton cloth and encouraged Indian independence through hand-woven cloth, also known as "The fabric of freedom" and loved by the people of India, The unbalance of the threads allows the fabric to absorb wind and sweat quickly, and its light weight, durability, and above all, soft texture are so comfortable that it is said that once you wear a Kadi, you will never go back to machine-woven clothes. This is a new product for the fall/winter 2024 season. |
