Persian chintz [garamkar] is a traditional Persian chintz from the ancient capital of Isfahan, Iran. This cloth can be used for multiple purposes such as tablecloths and tapestries.
It is dyed by hand using a series of wooden stamps, and the slight misalignment of the plates can only be seen in the hand-dyeing. You can enjoy the handiwork of craftsmanship, which is different from cloth printed thousands of meters at a time by a machine.
The antique design here, in particular, is beautifully finished with a large number of colors used, in addition to the fineness of the woodblock printing, which is a time-consuming and detailed process that is carefully crafted.

Notes

Some trading conditions may be applicable only in Japan.

The 100% cotton fabric is washable, and the dye will gradually fade into the fabric, giving it a soft texture.

*Please be careful not to wash it with other items for the first few times, as the dye may fall off.
*Please note that because this is a hand-dyed product, there may be areas where the dye has run off, or there may be marks that look like they have been rubbed.
*Size may vary due to the handmade nature of the product.
