Description
*Indian classic curry small dish A small stainless steel plate used for eating curry in India. Curry and yogurt are served in the small dish, but it is also convenient for holding condiments and seasonings. We have a variety of sizes to choose from to suit your needs. This is a slightly larger size for katori. It would be fun to fold and serve chapattis or fill with rice and mold it. We have named it with the name of the dish as an image, but of course you can use it in any way you like. *Hygienic In the hot climate of India, it is easy to become unclean. Indians like to use stainless steel plates because they are hard to scratch, and bacteria will not get into the scratched areas. It is definitely cleaner than ceramic plates. *Reasons why Indian people choose stainless steel tableware In India, many people place importance on the concept of "clean and unclean" for religious reasons, and this concept is reflected especially in tableware. Stainless steel tableware is widely used because it is easy to keep clean and is religiously considered [pure]. Banana leaves, which are widely used as tableware in South India, are also favored as a form of purification because of their strong antibacterial properties and the fact that they can be disposed of each time. |
