*Water absorbency is inferior on the design print side. *Diatomaceous earth has a distinctive smell, which will fade with use. *Do not leave it damp for long periods of time, and dry it regularly in the sun. *Dishwashers, hand washing, and detergents containing surfactants cannot be used. *When stains adhere to the product, rinse it under running water and dry it well. *White patterns, spots, or slight chips may appear due to the manufacturing process, but these are not a problem in terms of quality. *The outer box is crushed. *All of these diatomaceous earth products have been tested for asbestos by the manufacturer at a Japanese testing company and meet Japanese testing standards.
