行事やお祝いごとなどの折々に作られる、ネパールのドーナッツ「セル・ロティ」。石臼で粗挽きにした米粉にギーや砂糖などで味をつけて揚げる独特のお菓子です。お菓子といってもアメリカのドーナツのようにものすごく甘いわけではなく、ほんのりした優しい味わいが特徴です。
