Description
| A cast iron cocotte pot with excellent heat retention and resistance to uneven heat. Protrusions on the inside of the lid turn the steam from the ingredients into droplets of water, which fall on the entire food in the pot. Thanks to the water droplets, the surface of the food is moist and the inside is full of flavor. Compatible heat sources: IH (electromagnetic cooker) 200V, gas stove, electric plate, halogen heater, sheath heater, radiant heater, and oven. Microwave ovens cannot be used. Dishwasher is not usable. |
