| Fukayama chiku - vase in Japanese paper box, flower vase, Hitofushi, white porcelain [Flowers are as they are in the field.] Like the words of the tea master Sen no Rikyu, the flowing lines of bamboo are embodied in this vase, which is both unique and comfortable for daily life. Developed in collaboration with designer Kenkichi Kurokawa. -Profile Graduated from Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music in 1999, majoring in ceramics. Established Kurokawa Kenkichi Ceramic Design Institute in 2002. Participated in the JAPAN DESIFN NEW GENERATION Exhibition with Sori Yanagi, Masayuki Kurokawa, and others (France, 2001). Bronze Prize in the design category at the International Ceramics Exhibition Mino (1998), Silver Prize in the design category at the International Ceramics Exhibition Mino (2002). 茶人千利休のその言葉のように、竹の持つ流麗なラインを具現化し、個性的かつ暮らしに馴染む花器としました。
黒河兼吉デザイナーとの共同開発。

1999年愛知県立芸術大学大学院陶磁専攻修了。
2002年に黒河兼吉陶磁器デザイン研究所設立。
柳宗理や黒川雅之らと『JAPAN DESIFN NEW GENERATION展』(仏,01年)
国際陶磁器展美濃にてデザイン部門銅賞(98年)、銀賞(02年)
スタジオデザイン部門銀賞(05年)ファクトリーデザイン部門金賞(08年)
など10年連続6作品の入賞を果たしている。
