(Thinly sliced beef * Namul of royal fern * Namul of shiitake mushroom * Namul of radish * Namul of spinach * Namul of soy bean sprouts * Carrot pokkeum) When removing the hot stone pot from the stove, use the optional Yatko (HC-92) or thick mittens to safely lower the pot. [How to cook stone pot bibimbap] Spread a thin layer of sesame oil on the inner surface of the stone pot. Add rice (about 2 cups) and arrange the ingredients on top of the rice in a colorful manner. Cook over medium heat (gas) for about 10 minutes, and just before turning off the heat, place the egg yolk on top of the rice. Place the stone pot on a bench by grabbing it with a pliers. 4. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of gochijang to taste. Caution: The pot is very hot during and immediately after cooking. To avoid the risk of burns, be sure to use a tongs (HC-92) or thick mittens, etc. (sold separately). Do not use in induction stoves or microwave ovens. Do not use in a dishwasher or dryer. |
