| *Hanging bells in India Simple hanging bells made of copper came from India. The matching bells that clang when you shake them are very Indian style wind chimes (bells). All the bells are handmade one by one, so you can feel the rustic warmth and gentleness of this product. 銅製のシンプルなハンギングベルがインドからやって来ました。
揺らすとカランコロンと鳴るベルのマッチングがとってもインドらしい風鈴（ベル）です。
全て手作りで一つ一つ丁寧に作られていますので、素朴な温かさや優しさが感じられる1品です。無骨な風合いが魅力的です。

ベルの振り子を囲むパーツ、そして上部の蓋になる部分。その他すべてのパーツを主にハンマーを使って叩き、組み合わせることで作られています。
これだけ手間をかけているからこそ、この独特の風合いと優しい音色になります。
■伝統的な塗装方法
独特なアンティーク感ある金色は、一般的な塗装ではありません。美しい見た目だけではなく、長持ちさせるためにも銅メッキは必要なのですが、古来から続く原始的なメッキが施されています。
まず、形が出来上がったベルなどに泥汁をつけて、その泥汁に絡ませるようにして銅粉など金属の粉をベルに付着させます。その後、さらに泥で覆い窯で熱することで、金色にコーティングされます。
