Cancellations made during the sample creation stage will be charged for the cost of creating the sample, including the cost of the printing plate and the creation fee. *Logo* and name will be put on by over glazing (baking on a transfer sheet over the glaze). *We will keep the plate for one year, and repeat orders within one year will not require a plate fee. *Minimum lot size is 50 pieces; if you would like to add a fraction of an order over 50 pieces, please inquire separately.
