Description
[This is an excellent miso strainer that can scoop, measure, and strain in one. (Made in Japan) The shape of the spoon makes it easy to scoop miso paste into the corners of the container. 1 spoonful of miso paste makes 1 tablespoon = 1 serving of miso soup (2 spoons = 2 servings of miso soup), and then you can close the spoon and strain the miso paste directly in the pot. You can do this without using a measuring spoon, ladle, chopsticks, or miso strainer, so there is less to wash. You can easily make miso soup every day with a consistent flavor and avoid too much salt. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean. |
