She has four children and also reads to them at elementary schools and performs puppet shows. She is a member of the Tomakomai Read-Aloud Reading Collection Activities Liaison Association. This work is based on a children's story by Kei Nagaki, which depicts the emotional movements of an infant. The characters of the story attracted her to create a new picture book. Original idea and text by Kei Nagaki Born in 1953. Graduated from the Department of Japanese Literature, Junior College of Showa Women's University. After working for Hokkaido Television (HTB), became a freelance writer. After raising her children, she began reading aloud at kindergartens and elementary schools.
