This is a genuine kitchen knife produced in Tsubame City, the city of hardware. Each knife is carefully sharpened by a skilled craftsman with a water polishing process called "hon-abrasive," so we are confident of the sharpness of the blade. The molybdenum-vanadium steel used for the blade has high hardness and is highly durable. The all-stainless steel construction with no joints makes it easy to wash and prevents dirt from accumulating, ensuring hygienic use. The stainless steel handle is lightweight and easy to use because of its [monaka structure], which makes full use of welding* polishing techniques. It is a small and handy knife for slicing fish. [Monaka Structure] This is a manufacturing method to create a hollow (hollow inside) part by joining parts formed by dividing into left and right or upper and lower parts in an industrial product.
