茹でる・煮るに適したステンレスの深型鍋。パスタなどの麺類はもちろん、ジャガイモやブロッコリーなど一度にたっぷり茹でられる大容量のお鍋です。
中カゴ(ストレーナー)付のため、セットしておけば引き上げるだけでカンタン湯切りができスムーズに調理をすることができます。

「お手入れについて」
表面加工がされていないステンレスはハードに使えます。うっかり焦がしてしまっても、ちょっとくらい錆びたって金たわしでこすり落とせば元通り。表面加工が施してあるものだったら、そうはいきません…。ステンレスは業務用としてもよく扱われていることからも解りますが、機能性はそのままで長く使うことができる素材です。
