While working as a web designer at a production company in Nagoya, I am also active as an illustrator. I create illustrations with a wide range of touches, from those with a unique atmosphere to simple illustrations. [The product was born in 1999 in Mino, Japan, with the cooperation of many people both inside and outside the production area, in an attempt to change the common belief that ceramics cannot be recycled even though materials are becoming increasingly depleted. The circle of never-ending resource recycling and a new ethical lifestyle is being born through the cooperation of many people, including users, makers, and sellers of tableware. [What is Re50?] In 2011, we succeeded in increasing the ratio of unnecessary tableware from 20% (Re20) to 50% (Re50). The 50% blend has enabled low carbon, resource recycling, and improved product performance. 回収した不要食器を粉砕して、もう一度土に混ぜ込んで新しい姿に生まれ変わらせたエコでエシカルな食器。
「材料の枯渇化が進んでいるのに陶磁器は再生できない」という常識を変えようと、1999年美濃焼の地で、産地内外のたくさんの人の協力により誕生しました。
食器をつかう人、つくる人、売る人、たくさんの人が手をつなぐことで終わりのない資源循環の輪、新しいエシカルな生活が生まれています。
