| We have created a very cool vessel by utilizing the "kinpatsu" technique, in which gold is pounded into black clay. It has a heavy weight and a gorgeous luster. This coolness is unique to syokkidana. It is a stylish long rectangular plate that can be used not only for sushi and sashimi, but also as a plate with a row of soybean dishes.
