| Stylish tenugui hand towel made by the Japanese traditional technique [shizome (tie-dyeing)]. These tenugui hand towels are painstakingly dyed one by one by hand using the Sogizome technique, which has been handed down since the Meiji era (1868-1912). You can enjoy the subtle texture of hand-dyeing, such as the unique coloring and blurring of Sogi-zome. The unique blurring of the dyeing process expresses cool running water. The goldfish swimming in the water is cute. Tenugui has many advantages that towels do not have, such as [not bulky], [dries quickly], [unique patterns], etc.! 明治時代から伝わるそそぎ染めという手作業で一本一本丹念に染め上げられた手ぬぐいです。
そそぎ染めならではの色合いとぼかしなど手染めの微妙な風合いが楽しめます。
