Description
Seishu Himeyama Junmai [Seishu Himeyama] A powerful sake with a satisfying taste that combines sweetness and acidity under a rounded flavor. The raw material rice is rice grown in Fukui Prefecture. It is a junmai-shu fully packed with the flavor of rice. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways and is suitable for everyone, from those who drink sake frequently to those who do not. The sake brewery is located in Shimizu-cho, formerly known as Tamu-gun, which is known as one of the best rice growing areas in Fukui Prefecture, a major rice-producing area, so we are able to use only the best local rice.
