Description
[Sake Coffee is a "sake-scented coffee bean" made by soaking green coffee beans in sake, transferring the flavor of the sake to the green coffee beans, and then roasting them. [About the brewery] The brewery, Izumihashi Sake Brewery, was established in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in 1868. [The brewery's history dates back to the 4th year of the Ansei Era (1754-1830), when it was founded in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The brewery sticks to traditional sake brewing and carefully finishes its sake using traditional methods and techniques. The characteristics of the soil, the individuality of the producer, and the characteristics of the rice are also identified and reflected in the handcrafting process. Sake with a natural depth of flavor is the result. [Sake used] [Sake lees are distilled using the vacuum decompression distillation method, a technique that brings out the flavor of the raw ingredients and produces a beautiful, deep taste. We then added sweet and refreshing strawberries grown at the Ebina Strawberry House to make strawberry shochu. [Taste as a sake coffee] After feeling the aroma of coffee, you will feel the refreshing sweet and sour taste of strawberries, and after swallowing, you will feel the mild sweetness of koji. The strawberry and sake, each with its own sweetness, are delicious. *Strawberries and bottle are not included in the product. #coffee #coffee beans #coffee beans #home roasted #sake coffee #sake coffee #coffee roaster #coffee #coffeebeans #homeroaster #sakecoffee #coffeeroaster #dripcoffee #dripcoffee |
