The simple and clean enameled ware (enamel) accompanies your daily life. It can be used not only as a storage container, but also for cooking without any modification. Compatible with direct flame (gas flame)*IH induction cooker (100V*200V) This is a storage container with a handle made of enamel inside that is convenient for storing vegetables, side dishes, and miso paste. Enamel is resistant to acid, salt, and alkali, making it suitable for storing a wide range of dishes and seasonings. Approximate capacity, about 1kg miso (about 750g for packaged miso, but some commercial packs may not be necessary depending on the size), about 900g sugar, about 1kg salt, about 800g flour. Remarks Gas *IH compatible Caution *Do not use in a microwave oven. It may cause malfunction. *The lid is for storage only, so please be sure to remove the lid when heating. *The handle gets very hot during and immediately after heating, so be sure to use mittens or a dish towel to hold it. |
