お子さんは、自分で「わかった！」「できた！」という体験を積んでいくことで、自信が深まり、積極的に学ぶようになります。
こうした体験をさせてあげるためにも、お子さんの習得度に合った支援をすることが大切です。私たちの塾、プラスティーでは、「やり方を習得する段階」を、次の4つの段階に分けています。例えば、お子さんが「やっても無駄」「自分にはできない」と感じて、自信を失うのは、どんなときだと思いますか？
その原因の1つは、「やり方がわからない」あるいは、「やり方はわかっていても、自分にはできない」という状態にあるときです。
