| Double-sided crepe (wrinkled structure) created by the manufacturer's proprietary paper-making technology [Air Through Dry]. The perfect height balance between the two sides of the crepe allows an air layer between the paper and the dripper to be maintained, resulting in ideal water flow. Eye-catching [cute] color packaging. Filter for conical drippers. *Enzyme bleaching filter (white) Environmentally friendly, high-quality enzymatic bleaching filter that removes wood components (lignin). It is used mainly by professionals without sacrificing the aroma of the coffee. *Unbleached* unbleached (brown) An environmentally friendly filter that does not bleach the paper. The wood component (lignin) remains and a slight wood aroma and taste can be detected. Recommended for those who prefer a natural texture. [How to brew delicious coffee]. 1. The standard amount for one cup is about 10-12g. Prepare enough for the number of cups you need. 2. Slowly pour hot water over the entire cup in small and large circles, starting from the center and drawing the letter "N", then stop and let it steep. After the surface swelling has settled down, slowly pour hot water in a small "N" shape from the center in 3 to 4 large circles. Discard the coffee grounds after extraction with the coffee filter. *Made in Japan |
