*After use over an open fire or charcoal fire, wash with a sponge or scrubber using dishwashing detergent. If scorch marks remain, fill the earthenware skillet to the seventh part with water, bring it to a boil, add about one-half cup of baking soda, and let it sit overnight. Then wash it thoroughly with a sponge to clean it. (For other products, use a stainless steel pot other than an aluminum pot.) *Some pots and pans may not be able to be fully cleaned if they are badly burnt. *After cleaning, please dry the pots and pans thoroughly before storing them in a dryer to prevent mold and stains. We recommend that you stop the pot before using it for the first time after purchase. By applying a stopper, it helps to reduce the amount of dirt that can seep into the nannin, and also helps to close the coarse grain of the clay.
